This is a recipe I got years ago from Bobby, a co-worker in Columbus, Ohio. It is yummy!

Ingredients For bobby's fudge

3 csugar

1 cheavy cream
-
4 Tbspunsweetened cocoa powdered

1 Tbspcorn syrup, light

1 Tbspbutter, unsalted, softened

1 tspvanilla
How To Make bobby's fudge

1Mix sugar, cream, cocoa and corn syrup in a medium saucepan and place over low heat, stirring constantly until smooth.

2Bring it to a bubble (don't let it come to a rolling boil); bring it to soft ball stage on a candy thermometer.

3Remove from heat and stir in the butter and vanilla.

4Pour into a buttered 9x9 pan and let it cool on a rack; when hardened, cut into squares.
