Ingredients For yummy upside down cranberry cake

1-1/2 cflour

1-1/2 tspbaking powder

1 tspbaking soda

1/2 tspcinnamon

2/3 cpacked, light brown sugar

1/4 cbutter
-
1 ccranberries
-
1/2 ccoarsely chopped pecans

1/4 ccanola oil
-
3/4 csugar

2 lgeggs
-
1 tspvanilla

1 clight sour cream
How To Make yummy upside down cranberry cake

1Heat oven to 350. Spray a 9" x 13" baking pan w/ cooking spray. In lg bowl, combine flour, baking powder, baking soda and cinnamon.

2In microwaveable bowl, place brown sugar and butter, microwave until melted, 10-30 seconds. Pour into bottom of pan. Sprinkle w/ cranberries and pecans.

3In another lg bowl, beat oil and sugar until fluffy. Beat in eggs, stir in vanilla. Beat in flour mix, alternately w/ sour cream. Pour batter over cranberries. Bake 25 mins, or until a toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
