    lemons
  • cup
    sugar
  • 1/4 cup
    all purpose flour
  • 3 large
    eggs separated
  • 1 cup
    milk
  • 4 tbls
    butter, melted
  • 3/4 teas
    salt
  • cup
    hard lemon candy drops crushed

How To Make wallys lemon pudding cake

    Set your oven to350 f first let oven reach this tempature. Grease an 8 in square baking dish. Grate 1 tablespoon lemon peel from one of the lemons and squeeze 1/3 cup juice from lemons. In a large bowl, combine sugar and flor. With a wisk, beat in egg yolks, milk, melted butter lemon peel and juice.

    In a little bowl, with mixer at high speed, beat egg whites and salt until til soft peaks form when beater is lifted. With plastic or rubber spatula, slowly fold 1/3 of beaten egg whites into lemon mixture. Fold in remaining whites,just till blended. Pour batter into baking dish you prepared

    Place baking dish in medium roasting pan and place on rack in oven. Pour enough hot water into roasting pan to reach halfway up sides of baking dish. Bake until cake top is golden and set 35 to 40 minutes. Place crushed lemon candy drops thin layered over top of cake. Cool slightly and serve
