1 pkg(3 ounce) instant lemon pudding

1 can(16 ounce) fruit cocktail, undrained

1 ccoconut, shredded

4eggs

1/4 coil

1/2 cbrown sugar

1/2 cnuts, chopped
- BUTTER GLAZE

1/2 cbutter
-
1/2 csugar
-
1/2 cevaporated milk

1 1/3 cshredded coconut
How To Make ugly duckling pound cake

1Blend first 6 ingredients. Beat 4 minutes at medium speed of electric mixer.

2Pour into greased and floured 13 X 9 inch pan.

3Sprinkle with brown sugar and nuts.

4Bake at 325 degrees for 45 minutes. Cool in pan 15 minutes.

5Spoon hot butter glaze over warm cake.

6Butter Glaze: Combine butter, sugar, evaporated milk; boil 2 minutes. Stir in coconut.
