My aunt served this cake while I was visiting family in North Carolina. I'll admit, I ate WAY TOO MANY servings! When I asked for the recipe she told me it was a closely guarded secret as it is a labor of love to prepare but would be happy to take time out of her schedule to "pen" the instructions for me. I received a text 30 seconds later!

  • 1 c
    milk
  • 2/3 c
    coconut oil
  • 2 tsp
    coconut flour
  • 1 box
    butter pecan cake mix (betty crocker)
  • 1 can
    coconut pecan frosting (betty crocker)

How To Make too easy coconut-pecan pound cake

    Add eggs, milk, coconut oil and coconut flour to large bowl. Mix well

    Add cake mix; mix well. Add frosting; mix well

    Prepare Bundt pan, pour cake batter in pan. Bake at 325 for 55-60 min or until tester comes out clean
