Ingredients For the australian fav. pavlova

    eggs
  • 1 c
    sugar
  • 2 c
    heavy whipping cream
  • 4 c
    fresh berries

How To Make the australian fav. pavlova

  • 1
    whip egg whites until peeks form
  • 2
    add sugar whip until peeks form put parchment paper onto cookie pan then put mixture on pan even it out into a big circle shape(does not have to be perfect)
  • 3
    bake at 215f and for about 1hr 30min once done whip cream put on top of the pav and sprinkle berries on top
  • 4
