Ingredients For sweet and sugar free - banana pecan cake

  • 2/3 c
    mashed banana
  • 1/2 c
    (1 stick) butter
  • 3 lg
    eggs
  • 2 c
    spelt flour
  • 3/4 c
    water
  • 2 tsp
    baking powder
  • 1 tsp
    baking soda
  • 1 tsp
    cinnamon
  • 1 c
    chopped pecans or chopped walnuts

How To Make sweet and sugar free - banana pecan cake

    In a bowl beat together bananas and butter until creamy. Add eggs and water, beat well.

    In a separate bowl mix flour, cinnamon, baking soda and baking powder. Then Put the flour mixture into the batter and beat well. Fold in chopped nuts.

    Spoon batter into oiled and floured 9x13 pan. Spread evenly. Bake in a preheated 350 degrees oven for 20 minutes until a knife inserted in comes out clean. Cool and cut into squares, serves 8-10
