1 can(20 oz.) crushed pineapple

- FROSTING:

8 ozcream cheese

1 lbpowdered sugar

1/2 stickto one full stick butter

1In a large bowl mix all ingredients together. Do not use a mixer; mix by hand.

2Place in a greased 9 x 13 inch pan and bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes.

3Frosting: Mix ingredients together and spread on cake while still warm.
