A friend of mine gave me this recipe. I think she got it out of one of the Better Homes & Gardens Annual Cook Books. That would've been sometime in the mid nineties. I used an oreo cookie crust in the picture.

Ingredients For super easy no bake cheese cake

  • 1 can
    sweetened condensed milk
  • 2 pkg
    cream cheese, softened
  • 1/3 c
    lemon juice
  • 1/4 tsp
    vanilla extract
  • 1
    graham cracker or other cookie crumb pie crust
  • cherry pie filling, optional

How To Make super easy no bake cheese cake

  • 1
    Blend sweetened condensed milk and cream cheese.

    Gradually blend in lemon juice and vanilla.
  • 3
    Beat on medium speed until well blended.
  • 4
    Pour into pie crust.
  • 5
    Chill until firm, about 4 hours.

    Slice and spoon over chilled cherry pie filling.
