1 boxyellow or white cake mix

1 cmascarone cheese

1/2 cvanilla yogurt

3 Tbsphoney, divided

3 Tbsplemon zest, divided

1 tsplemon juice

1/3 cstrawberry jam

1-1/2 csliced strawberries
How To Make strawberry-topped cake

1Bake cake as directed, using 2 9-in cake pans.

2Meanwhile, combine cheese, yogurt, 2 tablespoons of honey, 1 tablespoon lemon zest, and lemon juice.

3When cake is cool, spread jam on bottom half of cake and then spread half of prepared cheese mixture over jam.

4Top with second half of cake and spread remaining cheese mixture over top. Arrange sliced strawberries in a concentric circle starting from the outer edge and working towards the center to create a flower-like effect.

5Sprinkle with remaining lemon zest. When ready to serve, drizzle top with remaining honey.
