  • 1 box
    cake mix, strawberry
  • 0.5 box
    cake mix, butter flavor
  • 16 oz
    strawberries, frozen
  • 1/2 c
    milk, 2%
  • 1 Tbsp
    lemon juice
  • 2 Tbsp
    coconut rum
  • 3/4 c
    oil
  • 1/2 c
    butter, melted
  • 6
    eggs
  • 1 c
    coconut, grated - optional

    Preheat oven to 375* As soon as cupcakes are in the oven, reduce heat to 350* Bake at 350* for 15-20 minutes Lightly brown; Toothpick test should be clean
