southern peach puddin' cake
Being from the south, I just love peaches! This is something I came up with on a whim with just things I had in my pantry and freezer. You can really use any flavors you like!

Ingredients For southern peach puddin' cake

2peeled & chopped peaches
-
1 boxwhite cake mix
-
1 boxcheesecake pudding mix

1 1/4 cwater
-
4egg whites
-
1/3 coil
-
2 ccold milk
How To Make southern peach puddin' cake

1Blend cake mix with oil, water and egg whites. Pour into 9x13 greased pan. Place into 350 degree oven for 35 minutes. Blend the cold milk with the pudding mix and chill until just set. Once cake comes out of the oven let it cool then lay out your peaches on top of the cake. Pour the pudding on top of the peaches and spread to cover. It's good to go now, but is also awesome once it's all fused together in the fridge for a while too!
