4 Tbspcold water

1 cboiling water

1 corange juice
-
1 cheavy cream
-
juice of 1 lemon

1 csugar

1/8 tspsalt

1small angel food cake
- FROSTING

1 cheavy cream whipped

fluffy coconut
How To Make snow ball cake

1Dissolve gelatin in cold water. Add boiling water and stir until dissolved.

2Add orange juice, lemon juice, sugar and salt. Let stand until slightly thickened.

3Fold in one cup heavy (whipped) cream and angel food cake cut in small pieces.

4Line large bowl with wax paper and pour mixture into it.

5When set, turn out on large plate; cover with 1 cup whipped cream and coconut (frosting).
