skinny double chocolate banana bread
The original recipe I found in Cooking Light Magazine. It was a chocolate swirl bread. I made it even lower fat. I Made it in to double chocolate, and used Splenda sugar blend instead of sugar. I also swapped out other ingredients as well. Basically I made it in to my own recipe with a lot of tweaking. This bread is moist and delicious. Great as an any time treat,or enjoy for breakfast.

Ingredients For skinny double chocolate banana bread

2 call purpose flour

3/4 tspbaking soda

1/2 tspbaking powder

1/4 tspsalt

2 Tbspbutter melted

3 Tbspapple sauce

1/4 cskim milk
-
1 tspvanilla
-
1 1/2 cmashed banana
-
1/2 cchocolate chips
-
1/4 cunsweetened cocoa powder

1/2 cchopped walnut's optional
-
1/2 csplenda sugar blend,or 1 cup of granulated sugar

1egg
-
1egg white
How To Make skinny double chocolate banana bread

1mash bananas,and set aside

2measure the flour,baking soda,baking powder,cocoa powder, and salt in to bowl.

3melt butter in a bowl. Add the Apple sauce,and Splenda blend. Whisk until combined well. Add the applesauce,banana,milk,and eggs.Whisk all together.

4Add the banana mixture to the flour mixture. Whisk well . Add the vanilla,nuts and chocolate chips. Stir in to combine.

5pour in to Canola Sprayed loaf pan. Bake at 350 degree's for 45 Minutes, or until pick comes out clean.
