This is an interestingly delicious and relatively easy dessert. The recipe comes from a Michigan cook book.

4egg whites

1/4 tspcream of tartar

1/2 tspbaking powder
-
1 csugar
-
1 tspvanilla extract

14ritz crackers, crushed

1/2 cchopped nuts

ice cream
How To Make ritz dessert

1Preheat oven to 325 ˚F.

2Beat egg whites with cream of tartar and sugar until stiff, but not dry. Add baking powder & vanilla, beat until mixed in. Fold in crushed crackers and nuts. Pour into an 8 ½ X 11 inch baking dish.

3Bake for 30-35 minutes. Let cool and cut into squares.

4Serve topped with ice cream.
