Ingredients
- 4 - egg whites
- 1/4 teaspoon cream of tartar
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 14 - ritz crackers, crushed
- 1/2 cup chopped nuts
- - ice cream
How To Make ritz dessert

Step 1Preheat oven to 325 ˚F.

Step 2Beat egg whites with cream of tartar and sugar until stiff, but not dry. Add baking powder & vanilla, beat until mixed in. Fold in crushed crackers and nuts. Pour into an 8 ½ X 11 inch baking dish.

Step 3Bake for 30-35 minutes. Let cool and cut into squares.

Step 4Serve topped with ice cream.
