This is a really good dessert with rhubarb or strawberries.

Ingredients For rhubarb dessert cake

  • 4 c
    chopped rhubarb
  • 1/2 c
    sugar
  • 1 box
    strawberry jell-o
  • 1 box
    lemon cake mix
  • 1 c
    water
  • 6 Tbsp
    melted butter

How To Make rhubarb dessert cake

    Layer rhubarb and sugar in 9 by 13-inch pan. Sprinkle on dry Jell-O, followed by dry cake mix.

    Pour water over the ingredients in pan and drizzle on the melted butter.

    Bake for 1 hour in a 350 F degree oven.
