Ingredients For pumpkin poke cake

  • 1 box
    yellow cake mix
  • 1 tsp
    pumpkin pie spice
  • 1
    15 oz can pumpkin puree
  • 1
    14 oz can sweetened condensed milk
  • 8 oz
    light cool whip, thawed
  • 8 oz
    cream cheese, softened
  • 1 c
    sugar
  • caramel sundae sauce
  • 1/2 c
    graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 c
    chopped pecans

How To Make pumpkin poke cake

    Heat oven to 350. Spray a 9" x 13" bakiing pan w/ cooking spray. In lg bowl, beat cake mix, pumpkin spice and pumpkin puree. Pour into pan, bake 35 mins. Let cool.

    Poke holes in cake w/ wooden spoon handle. Pour condensed milk into holes and over cake. Refrigerate 1 hr. In another bowl, Beat cool whip, cream cheese and sugar. Spread over cake.

    Refrigerate overnight. Before serving, drizzle w/ caramel sauce. Sprinkle w/ graham cracker crumbs and pecans..SOO yummy!
