1 boxyellow cake mix

1 tsppumpkin pie spice

115 oz can pumpkin puree

114 oz can sweetened condensed milk

8 ozlight cool whip, thawed

8 ozcream cheese, softened

1 csugar
-
caramel sundae sauce
-
1/2 cgraham cracker crumbs

1/2 cchopped pecans
How To Make pumpkin poke cake

1Heat oven to 350. Spray a 9" x 13" bakiing pan w/ cooking spray. In lg bowl, beat cake mix, pumpkin spice and pumpkin puree. Pour into pan, bake 35 mins. Let cool.

2Poke holes in cake w/ wooden spoon handle. Pour condensed milk into holes and over cake. Refrigerate 1 hr. In another bowl, Beat cool whip, cream cheese and sugar. Spread over cake.

3Refrigerate overnight. Before serving, drizzle w/ caramel sauce. Sprinkle w/ graham cracker crumbs and pecans..SOO yummy!
