This rich and easy cake won me a blue ribbon at the 2011 Napa Town & Country Fair! Don't leave out the cream sherry!!!

1 boxyellowcake mix

4eggs
-
1 stickbutter, melted

1/3 cpoppy seeds

1 smpkg vanilla instant pudding mix

1 csour cream
-
1/4 ccream sherry
How To Make poppyseeed cake

1Pre heat oven to 350 degrees. Combine all ingredients in large bowl and beat with electric mixer for 5 minutes. Pour into greased and floured bundt cake pan. Bake 50 minutes, or until edges begin to pull away from pan. Cool completely before turning out of pan. Dust with powdered sugar.
