My mother- in law gave me this recipe 30 years ago. Family favorite. I make this for St Paddys Day

Ingredients For pistachio nut delight or st patricks day cake

    yellow cake mix
  • 2 box
    instant pistachio pudding
  • 1 pkg
    dream whip
  • 1/2 c
    water
  • 1/2 c
    milk
  • 5
    eggs beaten
  • FROSTING
  • 1 pkg
    pistachio instant puddong
  • 1 pkg
    dream whip
  • 1 1/2 c
    milk
  • 1/2 c
    pecans chopped

How To Make pistachio nut delight or st patricks day cake

    Mix all cake ingredients thoroughly

    Pour mixture into greased,floured Tube pan

    Bake @350 ° I hour or until done

    Cool cake Slice cake in half

    Mix all frosting ingredients Frost one layer of cake Cover cake with remaining frosting

    Chill in frig a least 1° before servig
