1/2 cbutter ( 1 stick )

2 call purpose flour

1 csugar
-
2 tspbaking powder
-
1/2 tspsalt
-
2eggs, beaten
-
1/2 cmilk

121oz. can pie filling ( i used strawberry)
How To Make pie filling coffee cake

1Mix butter, flour, sugar, baking powder and salt in your mixer until you have a blended fine crumb texture to your mix.

2Reserve a 1/2 cup of crumb mixture aside for topping. Mix eggs and milk in a bowl and add to first mixture and stir just until moistened.

3Spread into a 9x13 buttered pan. Top with pie filling of your choice. Sprinkle with reserved crumbs. Bake at 400 for 35 minutes.
