These little gems were served at a post Christmas get together I recently attended. They were delish and when I heard how easy they were to prepare, I insisted on getting the recipe. The recipe calls for most ingredients you would have in your pantry! They are even better after the next day!

    flour
  • 1 c
    brown sugar, firmly packed
  • 2/3 c
    butter, melted
  • 2
    eggs
  • 1 c
    pecans, chopped

How To Make pecan pie mini muffins - stephanie

    Mix butter and brown sugar together well; add eggs, flour and nuts.

    Fill greased mini muffin tins 2/3 full. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 - 18 minutes. Yield: 24 muffins. ENJOY!
