Ingredients For patriotic cheesecake

1-3/4 cgraham cracker crumbs

2 Tbspsugar

6 Tbspmelted unsalted butter

28 oz pkgs cream cheese, softened

2/3 csugar

1 Tbspflour
-
2 lgeggs
-
2 tsplemon juice
-
1-1/2 tspvanilla
-
2 chalved strawberries
-
1-1/2 cblueberries
-
1/4 cstrawberry preserves, melted
How To Make patriotic cheesecake

1Heat oven to 325. Lightly spray a 9" springform pan w/ cooking spray. In medium bowl, combine cracker crumbs, sugar and butter. Press into bottom and up sides of pan. Bake 10 mins, let cool.

2In lg bowl, beat cream cheese 2/3 cup sugar and flour until smooth. Beat in eggs, lemon juice and vanilla. Pour into crust. Place pan on baking sheet and bake 30-35 mins, should still be a little jiggly in center. let cool.

3refrigerate 5 hrs. Arrange strawberries on outside edge. Place blueberries in center. Gently brush w/ melted preserves.
