Ingredients For panic cake

  • 1 can
    (15 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
  • 1 can
    fruit pie filling (cherry, peach, berries, apple)
  • 1 box
    yellow cake mix
  • 2 c
    sticks butter
  • 1 c
    chopped nuts (pecans, walnuts)

How To Make panic cake

  • 1
    Place in 9 x 13 inch greased baking pan in oven with pineapple and fruit filling.
  • 2
    Sprinkle cake mix over. Chip butter on top and spread nuts over butter.

    Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour.
  • 4
    Serve up warm in individual bowls topped with vanilla ice cream.
