Ingredients For orange butter frosting

1/4 cbutter or margarine

2 1/4 cconfectioners sugar ( powdered sugar)

2 - 3 Tbspcream or milk,

1 tspvanilla extract

2 Tbsporange grated rind

2 Tbsporange juice

1 Tbsplemon juice
How To Make orange butter frosting

1Soften butter but don't melt. Add salt and with a mixer beat at high speed, until fluff and creamy. Add orange rind, orange juice and lemon juice.

2Gradually stir in about 1/3 of the confectioners sugar until well mixed, add remaing sugar and cream alternately while stirring or beating until very smooth. add vanilla, mix well and spread on cake. You can alway's add more powdered sugar or cream until you get the right consistency to frost.
