Ingredients For mom's day creamy strawberry cake

  • 1 box
    super moist white cake mix
  • 1-1/4 c
    light cream
  • 4
    eggs
  • 1 Tbsp
    canola or vegetable oil
  • 1/2 c
    strawberry syrup
  • 8 oz
    light cool whip, thawed
  • 3 c
    fresh sliced strawberries
  • 1/4 c
    strawberry jam
  • 2 Tbsp
    sugar

How To Make mom's day creamy strawberry cake

    Heat oven to 350. Spray a 9" x 13" baking pan w/ cooking spray. In lg bowl, beat cake mix, light cream, eggs and oil on low for 2 mins.

    Beat on medium 2 mins. Pour batter into pan. Bake 25-30 mins or until a toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Let cool. With a fork, poke cake every inch. Pour strawberry syrup slowly over cake. Let cool some more.

    Spread cool whip over cake. In bowl, beat strawberries and sugar, top cake w/ strawberry mix. Store in refrigerator.
