This is a recipe a friend gave me years ago but I only tried it just recently. It was delicious.

Ingredients For moist chocolate cake

1 1/2 cflour
-
1 csugar
-
3 Tbspcocoa
-
1 tspbaking soda
-
1/2 tspsalt

6 Tbspoil
-
1 Tbspvinegar (i used apple cider vinegar)

1 tspvanilla
-
1 ccold water
-
confectioners sugar for garnish
How To Make moist chocolate cake

1Preheat oven to 375*

2In a mixing bowl, combine dry ingredients. Using a spoon make 3 wells in the dry ingredients. Pour oil into one, vinegar into the other and vanilla into the third. Slowly pour water over all . Mix on low speed till thoroughly mixed (batter will be thin).

3Pour into a greased and floured 8 inch square (or 9 inch round) baking dish. Bake at 375* for 30-35 minutes. or till a toothpick comes out clean. Cool. Dust with confectioners sugar.
