Icing is very good not to sweet just right for everyone. I also put crushed walnuts on top of the frosting.

Ingredients For mandarin orange cake

  • 1 box
    yellow cake mix
  • 4 md
    eggs
  • 1/2 c
    crisco oil
  • 1-11 oz
    can mandarin oranges with juice
  • 1- 18 oz
    crushed pineapple
  • 1-3 oz
    instant vanilla pudding

How To Make mandarin orange cake

    While cake is baking, Mix 1-18 oz or 20 oz can crushed pineapple (drain off juice) with 1-12oz cool whip. Mix slowly and add 1-3 oz box of instant vanilla pudding.

    Set in frig. Until cake cools then frost.
