A very simple cake, but so luscious w/ the pudding!!

Ingredients For luscious lemon pudding cake

  • 1 pkg
    yellow cake mix, along with called for ingredients
  • 2 pkg
    4 oz each, instant lemon pudding mix
  • 1/3 c
    sugar
  • 2 c
    milk, i used 1%
  • 1 c
    water
  • 1/4 c
    water
  • 2 Tbsp
    powdered sugar

How To Make luscious lemon pudding cake

  • 1
    Heat oven to 350. Lightly spray a 9" x 13" baking pan w/ cooking spray. In lg bowl, prepare cake as directed.

    In another bowl, beat pudding mix, sugar, milk and water for 2 mins. Pour cake batter in pan. Pour pudding mix over batter.

    Place pan on lg baking sheet. Bake 1 hr. Cool. Sprinkle w/ powdered sugar.
