Ingredients
- 1 box lemon cake mix
- 3/4 cup wesson oil
- 3/4 cup water
- 1 package lemon jello (small pkg)
- 4 - eggs added 1 at a time
- TOPPING
- 1 1/3 cups powdered sugar
- 1/3 cup real lemon juice
How To Make luscious lemon cake

Step 1Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Blend Lemon Cake Mix with oil, water and Lemon Jello making sure to add only one egg at a time until well blended. * For less cholesterol, you may use 1 whole egg and 3 egg whites.

Step 2Mix well for 2 minutes at medium speed of mixer and pour into sprayed/greased 13x9 cake pan. Bake in 350 degree oven on center rack @ 35 minutes or until toothpick inserted in middle of cake comes out dry.

Step 3For Topping: Stir the Powdered Sugar and Real Lemon Juice together with a wooden spoon in a separate bowl until smooth. While the cake is still warm, pierce holes on top of the cake with a straw and pour topping mixture over the entire cake.
