This cake is so easy and a nice surprise when you cut it! Better the next day to me also. The glaze takes on like a glazed donut. Yum!

Ingredients For lime shamrock cake

  • 1 box
    white cake mix
  • 1 box
    small box of lime jello
  • 4
    eggs
  • 3/4 c
    oil
  • 1 c
    powdered sugar
  • 2 Tbsp
    lime juice.

How To Make lime shamrock cake

  • 1
    Preheat oven to 350. Mix first four ingredients together. Place in a sprayed 9x9 pan and bake until top is golden brown. About 20-25 minutes.

    Remove from oven and poke holes all over the entire cake. The center does fall a bit but it' does that.

    Mix powdered sugar and lime juice until a good thick consistency. Maybe like a liquidy pudding. Pour over warm cake.
