3/4 csugar

1 Tbspunflavored gelatin

1/4 ccold water

1angel food cake, pieces

1 pkgcool whip whipped topping
How To Make lemon angel custard dessert

1Combine 6 egg yolks, sugar, and juice of 2 lemons in a double boiler, and cook over med. heat until thickened; Remove from heat

2Soften gelatin in cold water until dissolved; add to custard and mix in well; set aside

3Beat egg whites until stiff, slowly add 3/4 cup sugar, mixing well; fold into custard mix

4In a baking dish break up the angel food cake into pieces; pour the custard mixture over the cake pieces; cover and refrigerate for 24 hours, serve with whipped cream
