All you need is the oven to bake it with. No oil, water, or eggs!!!

Ingredients For lemon 7-up cake

  • 1 box lemon cake mix
  • 12 oz. can diet 7-up

How To Make lemon 7-up cake

    Combine and beat with electric mixer until well blended. Pour into a sprayed 13x9 baking pan.

    Bake per box directions. (I decreased temperature to 325 and decreased the time by 5 minutes).

    I stir in about 1 tablespoon of lemon juice to a container of lemon frosting and drizzle over the top.
