ALOT OF MY FRIENDS LIKE IT SEMI HOME MADE SO AT THE HOLIDAYS THATS A GOOD IDEA AND FOR THESE U DON'T NEED THE THICK EGG NOG[I WORKED AT A DAIRY THE REASON ITS THICK ITS MADE WITH ICE CREAM MIX]

Ingredients For grace's egg nog pancakes

  • 1 qrt of egg nog.
  • immatation rum or brandy [opt]
  • hot griddle
  • pancake mix. i like aunt jamama kind make according to direction
  • instead of adding water u will add the egg nog
  • now taste ur batter if its not tasting enough like egg nog. add about a teasp nutmeg and about 2 teasp sugar

    MAKE PANCAKE MIX USING EGG NOG IN PLACE OF WATER. ADD SPICES AND OTHER INGREIENTS

    PLACE ON HOT GRIDDLE TIL BUBBLES APPEAR ON TOP AND BOTTOM IS GOLDEN BROWN THEN FLIP OVER. WHEN THE BOTTOM IS GOLDEN BROWN TAKE OFF. SPRINKLE WITH POWDERED SUGAR AND SERVE.
