1/2 ccocoa powder

1 csugar substitute (swerve)

2 tspbaking powder

1/4 tspsalt

6 lgeggs

4 tsppure coffee extract

1/2 ccoconut milk, or almond milk

1/2 cwater
-
1/2 ccoconut oil, melted

frosting:
-
1 1/2 cgranulated sugar substitute (swerve)

1/4 c+ 2 tablespoons cocoa powder

1/2 c+ 1 tablespoon coconut oil
-
1/4 c+ 2 tablespoons coconut or almond milk

1 tsppure coffee extract
How To Make gluten free better than sex chocolate cake

1Preheat oven to 350* Grease bottom and sides of 2 9" round cake pans; with coconut oil, set aside

2Sift together first 4 ingredients, then add the eggs,extract, milk, water. Beat with hand mixer until thoroughly mixed then add in slowly; the melted coconut oil and mix well

3Divide batter between the two pans evenly and bake for 22 min. or until top springs back when lightly touched, let cool

4Frosting: In a food processor or blender or coffee grinder; blend the sweetner until it is almost powder; then sift with cocoa together

5add the remaining ingredients to the cocoa powder mix and beat on medium speed with mixer until fluffy. This frosting will frost the middle and top of the cake... Enjoy!!
