Ingredients For gingerbread bundtcake

1 call purpose flour

1 calmond meal
-
1 1/2 tspbaking soda

1 stickbutter
-
3 tspinstant coffee powder

1/2 cmilk
-
1/2 choney
-
2/3 csugar

3 lgeggs, separated

2 Tbspgingerbread spices
How To Make gingerbread bundtcake

1Mix flour, baking soda, almond meal and spices. Set aside.

2In a small sauce pan, boil until dissolved: butter, sugar, coffee, honey and milk. Let it cool.

3Add dry ingredients to the butter and honey mixture. Add an egg yolk one at the time.

4Beat egg whites until stiff and slowly add to the batter.

5Grease the Bundt cake pan. Bake for 50 minutes in a 350 degree preheated oven.

6This bundt cake comes with white vanilla frosting, but I like it with chocolate frosting too.
