1 1/3 ccold water

1/2 cbutter (not margarine)-softened

4egg whites-beaten

1 tspvanilla extract

3 tspbaking powder
- ***PREHEAT OVEN TO 350 DEGREES***
How To Make fool proof white cake

1Cream sugar and butter using an electric mixer. Alternate adding a little flour than water thoroughly mixing each time. Fold in the beaten egg whites, salt and vanilla. Add baking powder last. Cook in 3 round cake pans at 350* for 30-35 minutes or until cake tests done using a tooth pick. Cool completely on a cooling rack before icing cake.
