This recipe came from a friend at work. It's easy to make and you don't have to wash the bowl or beaters between steps. Hope you enjoy it too.

Ingredients For flan cake

  • 3/4 c
    caramel ice cream topping
  • 3
    eggs
  • 1 can
    14 oz sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 can
    12 oz evaporated milk
  • 1 tsp
    vanilla extract
  • CAKE
  • 1 box
    yellow cake mix
  • 1 1/4 c
    water
  • 1/3 c
    canola oil
  • 3
    eggs

How To Make flan cake

  • 1
    Preheat oven to 325. Spray non-stick bundt cake pan. Put caramel topping in bundt pan
  • 2
    Whip flan ingredients (eggs, both cans of milk, vanilla extract) and pour in pan. Prepare cake. Pour over flan mixture (carefully).

    Bake 45 minutes. Cool 15-20 minutes then invert pan on plate. Store in fridge.
