An easy to make delicious cake. Something other than pumpkin pie for the holidays. Frost with a cream cheese icing.

Ingredients For easy pumpkin cake

  • 1 box
    (18 ounce) spice cake mix
  • 1 pkg
    (4 ounce) instant vanilla pudding
  • 1/3 c
    oil
  • 1 c
    pumpkin puree (without spices)
  • 1/2 c
    water
  • 4
    eggs
  • 1 tsp
    cinnamon

How To Make easy pumpkin cake

    Combine all ingredients and beat about 2 minutes.

    Turn into a greased and floured 9 X 13 inch pan.

    Bake in a 350 degree oven about 40 minutes.

    Frost with a cream cheese icing.
