1 pkg(3 ounce) instant coconut cream pudding mix

4eggs

1/2 cpineapple juice, mixed with a 1/2 cup water

1/3 coil

1/2 ccrushed pineapple, drained
How To Make easy pineapple cake

1Mix together all ingredients except crushed pineapple. Beat at medium speed for 2 minutes. Fold in crushed pineapple.

2Bake at 350 degrees in 2 9 inch layer cake pans for 33 to 38 minutes.

3Frost with your favorite cream cheese icing. Sprinkle top with coconut or toasted coconut.
