Ingredients For easy hawaiian cake

  • 1 box
    (18 ounce) banana or yellow cake mix
  • 1 can
    (8 ounce) crushed pineapple, drained and juice reserved
  • 1 pkg
    (3 ounce) instant vanilla or banana pudding
  • 4
    eggs
  • 1/2 c
    oil
  • 1/2 c
    chopped nuts
  • 1/2 c
    sliced ripe bananas

How To Make easy hawaiian cake

  • 1
    Add water to reserved pineapple juice to make 1 cup.

    Combine cake mix, pudding mix, pineapple, and the cup of pineapple liquid, eggs and oil. Beat at medium speed for 2 minutes. Stir in bananas and nuts.

    Pour into two 9 inch layer cake pans which have been greased and floured. Bake at 350 degrees for 40-45 minutes. Cool on wire rack for 10 minutes and take layers out of pans and cool on wire rack completely.

    Frost with a cream cheese icing.
