Ingredients For apple butter cake / apple butter glaze

1 cvegetable oil

1 3/4 csugar

3 lgeggs

1 tspvanilla

3 Tbsporange juice, freshly squeezed

3 tspbaking powder
-
1 tspsalt
-
2 tspcinnamon
-
1/2 tspnutmeg
-
3 cflour
-
1/3 capple butter
-
2 1/2 - 3 capples, peeled and chopped
-
1 cwalnuts, chopped
- GLAZE
-
1 cconfectioners' sugar
-
2 - 3 Tbspapple butter
How To Make apple butter cake / apple butter glaze

1Preheat oven to 350 degree F. Grease and flour Bundt pan.

2Cream oil and sugar together. Add eggs one at a time.

3Sift together dry ingredients and blend into egg mixture.

4Add vanilla, orange juice, apple butter, apples and walnuts. Stir well until combined.

5Pour into the prepared bundt pan. Bake 1 hour 15 minutes or until cake is done

6Remove from oven, cool 10-15 minutes on a wire rack. Then invert cake and remove from pan onto a serving plate.

7Prepare glaze by combining apple butter and powdered sugar. Pour over top of cake

8Serve with whipped topping or ice cream, if desired. Delicious!
