1/2 cred wine such as pinot noir

1Melt the chocolate with butter in a bowl over boiling water on stove top without letting the bowl touch the water.

2Add wine to separate pan and boil 3 minutes.

3Remove chocolate mix from heat and whisk in wine, salt and powdered sugar. Let cool and pour over cake
