I found this recipe on the Internet and since I had cranberries, decided to make it for the family Easter dinner. It was very moist and packed with flavor.

1white cake mix (i used duncan hines)

1/3 coil

1 cbuttermilk

1 csour cream

zest of one orange

2 cchopped cranberries

3/4 cwhite chocolate chips

2 1/2 Tbspheavy cream

8 ozcream cheese, softened

1/2 cbutter softened

2 Tbspwhite chocolate instant pudding powder

1 tspvanilla

3 - 4 cpowdered sugar
How To Make cranberry cake - steph

1350 degree oven. (Yields 24 cupcakes, if making cupcakes) Gently combine egg whites, egg, oil, buttermilk, sour cream and orange zest. Stir in cake mix (for easier mixing, sift cake mix to remove lumps). Add chopped cranberries.

2Pour into 9 x 13" greased pan. Bake 30 - 40 minutes, checking for doneness after 30 minutes.

3White Chocolate Ganache: Melt white chocolate chips and cream together in a double boiler or in microwave. Be careful as white chocolate burns easily.

4Pour on cooled cake or dip cupcakes in ganache. Let set before frosting.

5Buttercream Frosting: Beat cream cheese and butter for four minutes. Add pudding mix, vanilla extract and powdered sugar. If needed, add more powdered sugar. ENJOY!
