1 1/2 cchopped pecans

1/4 cchopped crystlized ginger

2 lgbananas peeled and diced

3 lgeggs

20 ozcrushed pineapple with juice

1 tspvanilla

1 tspsalt

1 tspbaking soda
- JAMAICA WHIPPED CREAM

1 cheavy cream very cold

3 Tbsppowdered sugar

1/2 tspcream of tartar

1/2 tspvanilla

1 Tbspdark rum

1/2 cfinely crushed pralines

How To Make couples rescue jamaica cake

11.Mix together sugar, vegetable oil, pecans, flour, and bananas in a 13 x 9 inch pan. Stir in the eggs, pineapple (with juice), ginger, vanilla, salt and baking soda. Mix well. Do not mash the bananas.

2Bake in a preheated 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) oven for 60 minutes or until cake tests done.

3Serve with Jamaican whipped cream

4Whip the cream in the bowl of an electric mixer fitted with the whisk attachment. When it starts to thicken, add the sugar, vanilla, and rum. Continue to whip until it forms stiff peaks. Fold in pralines. Serve cold.
