1/2 cmargarine, softened

1 csour cream

2eggs

1 tspvanilla

1 1/2 tspbaking powder

1/2 tspbaking soda

1can cherry pie filling
- CRUMB TOPPING

3/8 cflour
-
1/4 csugar
-
1/4 cchopped nuts (optional)

1 tspcinnamon

3 Tbspmargarine, softened
How To Make coffee cake using pie filling

1Cream margarine and sugar. Beat in eggs, sour cream and vanilla.

2Sift flour, baking powder and baking soda. Beat into batter.

3Spread half of the batter in a prepared 13x9 pan. Spoon pie filling over batter.

4Spoon remaining batter over filling and spread carefully to cover.

5Mix crumbs and sprinkle over batter.

6Bake at 325 for 50 - 60 minutes.
