Ingredients For coconut poke cake

  • 1 box
    white cake mix
  • 8 oz
    cream of coconut
  • 8 oz
    cool whip
  • 8 oz
    sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 bag
    shredded coconut
  • 1/2 c
    pecans, in pieces
  • 1 tsp
    coconut extract

How To Make coconut poke cake

    Mix the cake mix according to the directions and bake also at recommended time and temperature. After done baking let cake cool for 10 minutes.

    Mix together the 8oz of Cream of Coconut (found in most stores in the liquor area) DO NOT USE COCONUT MILK OR COCONUT WATER , 8 oz sweetened condensed milk, and the tsp of coconut extract

    With a fork or wooden handle, poke multiple holes in the cake. Pour the Mixture of Cream of Coconut, Sweetend Condensed Milk, and coconut extract evenly over the cake.

    Top with Cool Whip . ( Make sure it is thawed out) And then sprinkle with coconut and pecan pieces.
