1 18.25 oz pkgwhite cake mix

1 3.4 oz. pkginstant coconut cream pudding mix

4eggs
-
2 Tbspoil
-
1 ccream of coconut
-
3/4 cmilk
-
2 cshredded coconut
How To Make coconut cake

1Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease and flour a 12-cup bundt pan.

2Combine all ingredients, except coconut, in a large bowl. Beat on low for 30 seconds, scrape down sides of bowl, and then beat on medium speed for 2 minutes.

3Fold in coconut.

4Pour into prepared pan. Bake for 1 hour or until cake tests done. Cool. Frost or glaze, as desired.
