It's worth the wait in the mornings!
Blue Ribbon Recipe
Add a fruit twist to your coffee cake with this cobbler coffee cake. We went with cherry, but your favorite fruity filling will work. With each bite, there's a burst of juicy, sweet, and tangy cherries. With its light and fluffy texture, Bisquick forms the perfect base. It absorbs the filling flavor like a sponge. The crumbly topping adds a delightful crunch and an extra layer of sweetness to this delicious treat.

We used a 9" springform pan.

1Heat oven to 375 degrees F. Stir together coffee cake ingredients until blended.

2Spread the soft dough evenly in a pan sprayed with non-stick spray. I've used a 9" round pan and an 11x13 rectangle glass dish.

3Open the pie filling and spread on top of the dough. Cherry is the flavor shown in the picture.
-
4Stir together the topping ingredients and cut in the butter.
