    whole wheat flour
  • 1/2 c
    all purpose flour
  • 1/3 c
    sugar
  • 1/4 c
    cocoa powder
  • 1 tsp
    baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp
    baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp
    salt
  • 1 lg
    egg
  • 1/2 c
    milk
  • 2 Tbsp
    canola oil
  • 2 tsp
    vanilla
  • 1 c
    chocolate chips
  • 1 c
    hot brewed coffee
  • 1/3 c
    hot brewed coffee
  • 2/3 c
    light brown sugar
  • 1/4 c
    chopped pecans

How To Make chocolate-mocha pudding cake

    Heat oven to 350. Spray a 2-quart baking dish w/ cooking spray. In bowl, whisk together both flours, sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder and salt.

    In lg bowl, whisk together egg, milk, oil and vanilla. Add wet ingredients into dry ingredients, stir until combined. Fold in chocolate chips.

    Spoon into baking dish. In lg measuring cup, mix coffee and brown sugar, pour over batter. Sprinkle w/ pecans. Bake 30 mins.
