2 1/4 call purpose flour

1 tspbaking soda

1 1/4 cbrown sugar, firmly packed

1/4 cbutter, room temperature

1/2 csour cream

1 1/2 cmashed bananas,about 3 bananas

1egg

1 tspvanilla extract

3/4 c4 1/2 ounces semisweet chocolate chips,melted

1/2 cheavy cream
-
2/3 c4 ounces semisweet chocolate,finely chopped
How To Make chocoalate swirl banana cake

1Preheat oven to 350 degrees an grease 8x8 baking pan.

2Combine flour and soda and mix well.Blend sugar and butter and mix well.

3Add sour cream,banana,egg and vanilla and beat until smooth.

4add the flour mixture and blend until just combined.do not overmix.

5Gently fold in the melted chocolate and stir just till marbled pattern appears.

6Pour into baking pan and bake 40-45 minutes.

7Ganache: scald cream in a saucepan. Remove from heat an ad chocolate. Cover pan with a lid and set aside.After 15 minutes stir frosting till smooth.Put in a bowl and refrigerate till firm about 30 minutes. Frost cake.
